Yoga & Intuitive Self-Healing Coaching
I have created this program to ensure that every part of the whole person receives the attention that it deserves. When we experience pain, it is not just our mind that suffers the consequences. Our spirit weakens and our body can develop illness or disease. Rather than looking inward, we often seek assistance for the external pains, and we ignore what’s internally happening.
Yoga Intuitive Self-Healing Coaching is an all-encompassing program, which includes: Yoga modalities (such as asana (yoga movement), meditation, and more); Yoga philosophy education to aid in self-healing; identifying and re-drafting disempowering and limiting beliefs of the past; 1:1 private sessions consisting of 30-45 minutes; accountability for yourself and with each other; self-development and growth work; and, more.
Each program is created with the individual’s needs, desires, abilities, and likes in mind. In addition, we will highlight your strengths and use them to focus on improving your real and perceived challenges. The program’s intention is to increase your self-healing skills and awareness. We are not taught how to self-love, and in turn, we can spend our days focusing on and creating negative thoughts and beliefs.
We will work together for a minimum of 90 days, meeting at least once a week or twice a month. You will receive regular accountability check-ins/work each week. Practicing some form of yoga classes is often required, but it is not mandatory. However, taking the time to practice on your yoga mat can be incredibly beneficial for your physical, spiritual, and mental health.
